Thank you for your speedy response. It has, however, not helped. Perhaps you could assist with what I am trying to achieve as I would not understand the platform as you do. I am trying to run an export of ES tick data from 2011. This is supported, as it is shown on your website. I have downloaded those days to the database, however, when I set the chart settings to load the database it begins to load (showing the loading screen) but then displays the blank screen with the error. I usually build the chart with the data and then do EDIT >> Export Bar Data to Text File. Is there a way to export the data base of tick data to text file without building on a chart? |
