Support: thanks, I don't need any personal support - just let me know basically what I could do... for example where are these orders stored? is it some kind of human readable file I could edit? (without destroying data from other accounts) It is very annoying because it never goes away... User: yes that is the whole problem.. 5 Open Orders, 2 Pending/Child Server orders but they cannot be cancelled. They are from an older account but that account also had the problem that they couldn't be cancelled.
