How do you can sim orders that refuse to be cancelled?

I had a similar problem recently. Do you see any orders under Trade | Trade Positions or Trade Orders? After messing around in sim mode I was able to make it go away eventually.

Support: thanks, I don't need any personal support - just let me know basically what I could do... for example where are these orders stored? is it some kind of human readable file I could edit? (without destroying data from other accounts) It is very annoying because it never goes away... User: yes that is the whole problem.. 5 Open Orders, 2 Pending/Child Server orders but they cannot be cancelled. They are from an older account but that account also had the problem that they couldn't be cancelled. Cancel or Cancel All does nothing except update the activity time Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-12-14 14:05:16
