1. You would need to ask your broker about the data. You get your data from Rithmic, not from Sierra Chart.

2. The reason the formula does not work is that the value is output as a Percentage by default, which means that it is internally converted to a string format, therefore it is not valid for alerts. Refer to the information here for what you need to do in order to use the value in an Alert Formula:
