I can tell you this :

I closed both instances of SC and then reopened the one that was not getting data and it worked receiving the data feed. I then opened the other instance that was getting data and it did not receive data as the second instance open.

I then closed both of them and reopened them after waiting a bit and now they are both working.

I don't know what to tell you but as you can see from the screenshot it was saying it was not authorized and then it decided it was after all. This is after it had been running fine all morning and for days prior.
I have had this setup working for months.

There is not much point in doing the test you describe as both instances are receiving data now.
However there was most definitely an issue as documented in the screen capture so be advised that something on the SC data/accounting end decided that it wasn't authorized when it clearly was and then decided it was ok again.
