User542305) This has already been resolved once ECIVWAP Run the installer again through Help >> Download Current Version and enable Install Optional Components.
Also make sure Sierra Chart is not running in Safe Mode: Sierra Chart - Software Login Instructions: Using Safe Mode or In the attachment you have a file that you copy to the Data folder in your Sierrachart directory and after restart Sierrachart you can try "add custom studies" again Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-12-11 08:30:11
