Ok I think I got it. Up / Down bar status in case of Point and Figure charts (and maybe other types also) is determined by X or O corresponding state of price P&F column.... NOT by open / close relationship. So a an X column will always be considered UP even if price opens at a level, and close lower. It somewhat makes sense, although is counter intuitive when not knowing this. I suggest you add a note on the documentation about that. |
