This is now resolved. There is not tick by tick data going back to the year 2000. We did not check back how far there is Tick Data for RB. But we corrected the problem where you were not getting any data for contracts where there should be data. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
