Hi, I've been downloading historical tick data for Futures Contract "RB". I had no problems until I got back to RBN11_FUT_NYMEX. This contract had hardly any data in it. Then anything prior, like BRM11_FUT_NYMEX, comes back with no data at all. It says Download Failed. And I get this message in the log. "Historical data file not available for symbol." Is this because there is not Tick data for this contract prior to RBN11_FUT_NYMEX? I was under the impression you guys had tick data as far back as the early 2000's. Also, RBF19_FUT_NYMEX returns with no data in it at all. It doesnt say Download Failed, but in the log it says it only received 1 record and there is no data on the chart. Are you guys missing data for this contract? Thanks |
