One of the issues was that you had enabled 2 exchanges which were in conflict with one another. You had both the CME Group With Market Depth and the CME Group Without Market Depth.

We have deactivated the CME Group Without Market Depth. If you want it the other way around (that is, you do not want the Market Depth), then let us know and we will get it switched.

One other item to make sure of is that the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Enable Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is Enabled. Refer to the information here:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings)
