Make sure you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds enabled. If you still have a problem follow the below instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog ---- For CME. Don't they both come from barchart? No. The data comes directly from the CME in each case. The difference just has to do with the vendor of record and the network infrastructure. The network infrastructure is better with the Denali feed.
