What is the status of the order? You can see that on the order line and in Trade >> Trade Orders Window. We also see that your data feed is expired and did not renew. You need to reactivate the data feed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed You will also need to add credit to your account.
