Do you mean you just corrected on their side so the problem is fixed, or you tried to fix it before, but the problem still exits? Missing the most recent 15min data makes it really hard to trade... My sierra chart data just expired. I'm wondering, is it a issue with sierra chart data or sierra chart software? so if i were to switch to IQfeed, would the problem be fixed or still exit? You say "we see this from time to time",I didn't have this problem before with sierra chart data. How can i go back to not having this missing data problem? Please advise,thank you.
