Hi there, it seems I still have the same problem that if a ticker is not on my chart before the market open, and i open it during the market hour, some of the data on my 5min chart is missing. It seems that it depends on the ticker. Some tickers are fine, and some tickers have this problem. Below is my message log as you suggested last time.
