This is a CQG server issue that occurs sometimes related to incorrect metadata. We recommend using this data feed instead: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the time being to solve the problem you need to reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And then you need to re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
