I'm having a weird problem attempting to update to 2013. I chose "Help/Download Prerelease" as usual. Ran the update, it ran normally with no errors. I didn't save the log, since everything appeared to be fine. But when I clicked "Close" on the installer, and Sierra restarted, it was still on 2012! I've since rerun the installation twice, but the installer seems to think I'm on 2013, says everything is up-to-date, so it doesn't overwrite any files. However Sierra still reports 2012. Issue in post #58 is unchanged.
