It used to work like you are describing but then it creates a problem where the Trade and Current Quote Symbol under certain conditions gets cleared unexpectedly. So we solved that problem. You are responsible for knowing how you have set that setting. And to clear it as needed. After all it is displayed at the top left of a chart, by default in the symbol display.
