Hi, 1. Can I pay the CME Full Group exchange fee through AMP too? So every month: Denali feed + Sierra TT Fix ($20) + Full CME Group fees for non pro ($3.25) as shown on this page? https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges On the Amp live trading setup page https://clients.ampfutures.com/live-trading-setup-request they only allow you to select the Denali feed + Sierra TT Fix and then their more expensive CME group bundle costing $15. 2. If I cannot pay for Denali + Sierra TT Fix and the $3.25 CME exchange fee in AMP, can I pay AMP for Denali + Sierra TT Fix and then pay my CME exchange fees directly to Sierra Charts instead? (avoiding their $15 CME exchange fee). Thanks for your help. UPDATE: I spoke with AMP.
