There really should not be any trouble with this. Take a look through the Setup Instructions for the Sierra Chart Historical Data and make sure everything is setup correctly and you are opening an Intraday chart: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: Setup Instructions If you are still having problems after this attach your Message Log following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
