For the past 3-4 week on Mondays on some symbols I am not getting data flow. You may say I have taken too much time from you and refuse to provide the expected service. I pay for data and I expect data without too frequent interruption. Secondly I would like to have my e-mail alert re- activated. I have asked for this before on more than one occasion and you failed to respond. You need to let me know if this service comes with the data I pay for or it is on added cost.
