I am actually back to 1953 now. Everything works as I expect it to be. I would like to see commissions applied in Trade Window and "Trading: Profit/Loss Text" study on chart (Sim). I am trading ES, but I didn't set anything for ES-######-GLOBEX, (in Symbol Settings window) the "Round Turn Commission" for ES-######-GLOBEX is still 0, nor did I check "Use Custom Symbol Settings". What I did is checking "Use Global Round Turn Commission" under "Other Settings". I put number 4.1 in the box follows, which is the round turn commission I pay to my broker for 1 ES contract. The symbol in the Trade Activity Log right now is ES-201912-GLOBEX. I do run 1 sub instance quite often, Sims in both instances deduct commissions properly, and I didn't enable "Use Commission" in Trade Activity Log in both instances.
