To begin with, there definitely is a study that causing the issue. You will need to look through the studies that are on all of the charts for the specific symbol in all of the instances of Sierra Chart. Keep in mind that even if you start a new instance of Sierra Chart, all the charts that deal with that same symbol can affect the trades. So again, there is a study somewhere on one of the NQ charts that is stopping out the original order. If you still are not able to find the study, then let us know and we will see what we can do.
