Hi SC staff, just a couple of hint about this thread: Meaning of User Discussion or Programming Help 1) please can you add a [Programming Help] label in front of programming help request (ACSIL/spreadsheet requests) instead of [User discussion] or no label at all like in my post here, ACSIL Help - Sine wave indicator that was labeled by me as "Programming Help" but it appears as a normal support request for other users. I think that a precise label, best if it can be searchable, can help all the community. 2) better if you can provide a subforum area dedicated for ACSIL/spreadsheet requests, with a big alert "SC staff do not read this area" or "SC staff read but may or may not respond", so everyone knows what to expect, answers are mainly from users, they are all in one place and it's easy to find a previous solution. I'm sure that like for other platforms, a user programming area can be a powerful addition. Ty for your attention |
