Most likely what you are seeing is that there is only a single value for the Study Subgraph Multiply and it is being drawn into a separate region, therefore it is drawing the line at the top of the region, which can look like nothing is drawn in there. Given what you want to do, it sounds like you just need to change the Region for the Study Subgraph Multiply to Region 1.
