There have been changes that are in the most recent version (v1987). The documentation has not been updated yet for these changes, but if you scroll down towards the bottom of the Inputs for the Volume by Price study, you will see options for displaying the data, along with selecting which data to display and where to display it. There is not the option for both top and bottom, but you can display it on the bottom of the screen, so it will always be viewable.
