Hello, I have downloaded the latest Sierra Charts "successfully" but when I click on it, it will not install (or run). I just get a quick 1 sec splash of a screen (which I can't see what it is, since its literally 1 sec) and then nothing. The installer log just says: "Installer version: 9 | 2019-09-08 18:50:31" and nothing else.
