The server is back up again. The data center said this in regards to the rack the server is located on: We have some difficulties to contact the servers from this rack. We investigate.
Power distribution part is defective. We will replace it. We will work on setting up redundancy for LMAX order routing. We do have redundancy for market data. The reason this has not been done as of yet is just due to the smaller number of users on the service but it has grown over time, and the fact that you are able to use the LMAX trading interface as a backup.
