Yes you will not receive the real time CME data due to CME requirements until you confirm you have an authorized trading account through a technical method. This is why you need to connect to your trading account once a month. It is not to remove duplicate exchange fees. It is to authorize CME data. Refer to:

You just need to follow through these Transact instructions now, and if you have trouble connecting, provide the message log.
