Yes you will not receive the real time CME data due to CME requirements until you confirm you have an authorized trading account through a technical method. This is why you need to connect to your trading account once a month. It is not to remove duplicate exchange fees. It is to authorize CME data. Refer to: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Here are the specific instructions: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees And here are the instructions you need to follow to connect to Transact: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/TransAct.php#SetupInstructions You just need to follow through these Transact instructions now, and if you have trouble connecting, provide the message log. Also the log you submitted does not show any connection attempt to Transact. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
