Our apologies for that. It is not in release 1978, but it is in the Pre-Release version 1979. We will update the notes. If you use the Fast Update option to upgrade to that version you will see the new option. Refer to the following for the instructions to update:

The new option will be located 3rd from the bottom of the list of Inputs. It is called Determine Min and Max Levels from All Bars or Visible Bars. We have added the documentation for this setting here:

As noted in the documentation All Bars means all the bars in the chart. Previously, only the Visible Bars would be used to determine the Min and Max levels, therefore the coloring would change as you scrolled. This allows you to have a more consistent view by using the Min and Max found throughout all the loaded bars in the chart that have depth data.

We are still working on updating the rest of the documentation for the Market Depth Historical Graph to reflect this change. We should have that done in a day or two.
