You do not need to use any Sierra Chart provided data feed. We will cancel the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your account. It is not needed.

You can use the CQG data feed.

It sounds like you already have Sierra Chart connected the CQG. For us to confirm follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
