In all cases Symbol Settings are downloaded from the Sierra Chart Web server. They do not come from a DTC server. Those fields are not supported by the DTC protocol. Another question is about the button "Update From Server" that exists in Symbol Settings screen. When I click it, I get nothing on my DTC server. No message at all. This does not interact with the DTC server in any way.You really would need to prepare an XML file with the Symbol Settings and provide that to us and we would have to set up your service as a separate listed service within Sierra Chart. For an example of the format, look at the XML files in the SymbolSettings subfolder with the Sierra Chart installation folder.
