Hello, While we were solving a problem with the symbol settings for CBOT symbols, when using TT FIX and the new Sierra Chart real-time futures data feed, this introduced a problem in 1059 where there was incorrect translation of the CME exchange to the CBOT exchange. The most obvious problem this would cause is that your current trade position may not display on a chart or Trade DOM. You may briefly see it and then it will go back to zero. Your current position can always be correctly viewed through Trade >> Trade Orders and Positions >> Positions. There is also the issue where when trading markets on the CBOT, in most but not all cases, the Exchange on the symbol should be CME instead of CBOT. In the File >> Find Symbol window, you would see the CBOT symbols listed twice. One for CME and one for CBOT. This has caused confusion. We have now comprehensively solved all of these issues. Please follow these instructions if you are using TT FIX or AMP/TTNet. 1. If you are running version 1059 or even 1060, please update by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease to get the very latest revision of 1060 which has the proper solution. 2. Go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. 3. Press the Full Reset button. 4. Press OK. 5. Wait for the symbol list to fill back up and then press OK. 6. Go through your charts and Trade DOM Windows for markets that are on the CBOT like the YM or ZB. On those charts and Trade DOM windows, select Chart >> Chart Settings. Press the Find button beside the Symbol box and reselect the symbol. This will ensure that the proper exchange suffix is used. This will either be CME or CBOT. For a particular futures market, you will only see one symbol listed. It will either be with CME or CBOT. 7. In some cases, and this is uncommon, you may need to uncheck Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Use CME Gateway for CBOT Symbols. Do not uncheck this option unless you are getting rejections when submitting orders. If you change this option you need to reconnect to the data feed.
