It sounds like you are referring to Bid and Ask Depth Bars and you want to control the number of market depth levels used in the calculation for that study. This is supported now in the latest prerelease, 1972, with a new chart setting: Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings 3 >> Number of Levels for Bid/Ask Depth Calculations.
