In order to do this you will need to create a separate chart with just the RTH session in it. Then apply the TPO Value Area Lines study to that chart with the setting for Reference n Periods Back set to 1. Refer to the documentation for this study here: TPO Value Area Lines Then use the Study/Price Overlay to display those Value Area Lines on your primary chart that has both RTH and Evening sessions.
