Transact says they do not have any reports of issues with users receiving delayed data with their websocket feed.

And you are also reporting an issue with the Sierra Chart market statistics data feed. So this is two different data feeds from wholly different systems.

We recommend trying a different ISP and make sure you are not using any wireless connectivity. The connection needs to be hardwired.
