Hi guys, this is quite frustrating. The issue I was having was that the NYSE tick data was dropping connection every 3 minutes. My Futures data was streaming just fine. I was advised by Transact last Friday to update to the latest Version of SC on Sunday night and all would be good. I did this and today I have futures data that is way behind current market and NYSE TICK that is holding connection. Obviously I would like to have both Futures and NYSE tick data live, without delay and with a constant connection. I contacted Transact today and they tell me to seek support from SC PLEASE can someone help |
