We do not see how we can help with this other than to guide you to set the appropriate Transact settings in Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings, in the settings on the left. But we are not going to know what those should be.

We could call and bring Transact into the call but that is about the best we can do. Let us know how you want to proceed.
