You need to go through each of the charts and check the studies on the charts. You should see one with an empty name. You will need to remove it. It definitely is one of the studies on the chart. What exactly the particular problem is, it is hard to say at this point. Although it does seem as though you may be using a custom study. Possibly not aware of it?
