We need a more precise explanation for post #8. What exactly is not working and what version are you using? If you have any connectivity problems to Transact only Transact support will be able to help with those.

Even this latest change we made is something that Transact could have resolved on their side without us doing anything by simply allowing the orders connection but just rejecting order submissions, modifications and cancellations.

So at this point you need to contact Transact. We do not see how we ourselves can help you with this.
