First, contact Transact at support@transactfutures.com to help you get connected. Only they are able to resolve the connectivity issue. Tell them you are using the Transact websocket connection. Let them know the error message. You can see the settings being used for the connection through Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings. The settings are on the left in the Service Setting list.
