Your setting for Maximum Volume Bar Width Percentage is 0. Therefore the volume bars will not show. This sets the percentage of the width of the column that is used for the volume bars. You need to set it to something larger than 0 (more than 50 is good, but it is a personal choice). It is found in Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings.
