You can keep it hidden with this option: General Settings Window: Never Automatically Open Message Log or Trade Service Log (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Log >> Log) But if it is opening, there probably is some issue that needs to be looked into. So there is something wrong that needs to be resolved.
