It has come to our attention that both the 32-bit version of Sierra Chart and the 64-bit version of Sierra Chart which are installed into the same folder, which is the case by default, can both be run at the same time. This will be resolved in the next release coming out which will be 1934. Until that is out, you must never run these two instances at the same time. They will conflict with each other. There can be file corruption issues and duplicate data created in the chart data files. All of this is inherently unsafe and is going to lead to unpredictable and unstable behavior.
