Let us explain the details of this. In the case of CQG based upon what we are hearing, when there is a failure to connect to one of their servers or with their servers, you just can't connect any longer until that situation clears up. Assuming the problem is you are not able to connect again which we did hear occurred a few days ago with CQG. What apparently is occurring here is that you are losing the connection and connecting again. Whereas with the Sierra Chart order routing service based on TT, we maintain four different servers in four different data centers in four different geographic locations. Soon to be five. So when a connection to one of them fails, the next available one will be used. Each of these servers connects to a TT server maintaining a primary and a secondary server. So you can see the level of redundancy that exists. When a connection fails, the next connection will still be to the primary server but if that fails again, then one of the secondary servers will be used in a different data center. This is very redundant and very reliable. Compare to what CQG is offering. There simply is no comparison . What we are providing is superior and reliable and is properly engineered.
