We do not show any payment from DalPay in your account. You can review the transactions for your account from the Account Control Panel, or follow this link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog Most likely DalPay did an Authorization charge, but did not do the final charge. Your bank should reflect this in a day or two. You can also check with them to verify whether DalPay actually pulled the funds from your account or not. For us, though, there is nothing we can do at this time, as the payment from DalPay never came to us.
