Hi, i've been having lots of trouble when i first start up Sierra Charts and also when i open a new chartbook My main problem is that as soon as i try to start Sierra it automatically starts to open my chartbooks and then stops responding (Not responding) it then hangs for around 20-30 mins before eventually opening. In this time my disk usage sits in the 90%+ region and paralyses my whole system. Im using the latest version available and i'm closing all other apps on my computer when trying to start but it doesnt help. I dont have any other issues with any other software that im using, only SC. I'm running windows 10 if that helps. I'm getting to the point that if I can't resolve this soon i will reluctantly have to start looking for alternative charting software. Thanks for your help |
