Dear Sierra Chart Support Team, when I opened my Sierra Chart platform this morning, I noticed that all the data since exiting the platform yesterday afternoon is missing on all my 6E charts . I use CQG data; all worked normally with my CL charts. I noticed that I got a brief red "Download failed" (or similar) notification in my 6E charts. I then closed the chartbook (without saving) and reopened it. Then I got the normal green "Historical Download Completed" messages on all charts, however, the data still wasn't there. Exiting and restarting Sierra Chart did not help, either; the overnight data just does not show up. I have also just updated from version 1894 to the current version 1898 without any change to that issue. Do you have an idea what might be the problem? I have never had that issue before. And is there any way to get the missing historical data? (I need it to do a proper analysis.) Thank you in advance for your feedback |
