You modified the prior message with the Message Log. We need to see the full log. There is a connectivity problem to TD Ameritrade. That is not something we have control over and we really do not recommend using TD Ameritrade because of this kind of issue.

Really we see that you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, so just follow the instructions here to directly connect to SC Data-All Services and just connect to Ameritrade once a month:

This will resolve the connectivity problems.

So you need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to SC Data-All Services.
