You modified the prior message with the Message Log. We need to see the full log. There is a connectivity problem to TD Ameritrade. That is not something we have control over and we really do not recommend using TD Ameritrade because of this kind of issue. Refer to: Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem Really we see that you are using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, so just follow the instructions here to directly connect to SC Data-All Services and just connect to Ameritrade once a month: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#ConnectingOnlyOnceAMonthToTradingAccount This will resolve the connectivity problems.
