Thank you for the response. I started the other instance using File >> New Instance. Once I have created that new instance, should that new instance file work going forward? Or do I need to create a new instance every time I login? I will contact CQG too, because I can't understand why it works upon the initial creation of the new instance, but not on later attempts to use both instances simultaneously. |
