We do not know. The basic fact is, is that the TWS API error reporting is an absolute utter mess. It is unreliable and messy from the TWS side. We do not want to hear further about this. This trash is for Interactive Brokers to solve. Not us. Reaffirming, that interactive brokers handling of orders is a complete mess and this is complete utter trash for them to have a common error reporting function for errors of any type including market data and trading.
